A Hectic June: Trip 1, Day 4

The next few posts are going to be collections of photos in the gallery format, all from the various exhibits at the Experience Music Project (EMP) museum. The museum sits in the shadow of the Space Needle and it focuses on exhibits in music and popular culture. While I was there, I saw an exhibit on science fiction and fantasy, an exhibit on horror, an exhibit on Nirvana, and some other random exhibits. The photos will be grouped accordingly.

Additionally, my friend’s daughter adorably asked what each robot, prop, and space ship was and listened to my explanations (She now can tell you what Robby the Robot says if you ask her). Having a small child at the museum added a new enthusiasm and enjoyment of the museum, as she was seeing everything for the first time; I could see through her eyes and amazed wonder. The one section she did not want to see was the horror exhibit, but seeing as she is 4 it is completely understandable.

So, on to the photos!
